1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1 can artichoke hearts, drained
2 cups sour cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1/4 cup parsley leaves
salt, to taste
cayenne pepper, to taste, if desired
Blend the whole thing in a blender, stopping often to scrape down sides, until it's smooth. Serve with tortilla chips.
